"Little Miracles" runs one-day Antenatal Classes in 21stZentury Health, Bray, Co. Wicklow and Private one-to-one Antenatal Courses in the comfort of your own home.
Our antenatal classes are designed to both inform and empower you and your birth partner throughout
the process of labour and birth.
My aim is to help you gain confidence in
your body and your natural ability to give birth to your beautiful baby.
You will
be given plenty of tips and advice so that you and your birth partner
can relax and look forward to this very special journey of labour, birth and
beyond...
Private one-to-one Antenatal Course
Our private antenatal classes are available anytime, are held in the comfort of your
own home and are tailored to meet your specific needs.
Private
antenatal classes are ideal if you prefer to have
a quiet, comfortable
one on one instruction where you feel free to ask
any questions or voice your concerns (if present).
Topics
covered in this course are similar to the group class
(see below) with some extra
attention to "Breastfeeding" if you are planning to do so.
Private
classes are available to people living within a 60 min. drive from Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Classes run over a total of 8 hours spread
over 2 afternoons or 3 evenings (depending on your wishes and availabilities)
Costs: 200€, including hand out notes, information pack, labour ease massage oil and 1 postnatal visit.
150€, not including postnatal visit.

Antenatal Group Classes
Our Antenatal Group Class is a one-day, small group workshop for expecting mothers and their birth
partners.
Program:
*Healthy life in late pregnancy
*Preparation for labour and birth
*Physiology of labour and birth
*First signs of labour and what to do next
*Coping methods and pain relief
*Birth of your baby and first moments with your baby
*Breastfeeding basics
*Tips and advice for birthing partners
*Practical exercises: use of birthing ball, labour ease
methods, breathing techniques, positions for labour and birth, pelvic floor
exercises
We also arrange a "afternoon-tea-meeting" when all babies are born so you can exchange birth stories, chat, meet up and admire each other babies. At this meeting I will be available to answer parenting relating questions or, if present, listen to your concerns.
Costs: 120€ per
couple, including hand out notes, information pack, labour ease massage oil
